Throughout his career, Pablo has successfully developed over 70 projects, including a 220-acre mixed-use development featuring Costco, a hotel, and Chick-fil-A. His construction and engineering background, coupled with his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, has positioned him as a leader in structuring and managing complex real estate ventures.

Pablo’s hands-on experience includes leading major projects such as a $50 million hospital construction project in Nebraska City, NE.
