He played a key role in the development of the first all-geo-thermal hospital in the U.S., located in Nebraska City, NE, and oversaw five major campus projects featuring greenfield, vertical expansion, and regional data center integration, all completed with zero lost-time injuries and exceeding post-construction satisfaction benchmarks.
